If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ingridbridal.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We’ll gladly accept returns for Ingridbridal.com products within 7 days from delivery date.
•Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
•Returning an item for any reason, please call us to request an authorized return number. We will provide you with a authorized return number and form to be email within 1-2 business days.
•Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.
•If returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.
•Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).
•If the original order qualified for free shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
•Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
•Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to which form of payment was made at the time of purchase.
Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)
•If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.
•Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
•Shoes – Please try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.

•Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items, special made.
•ALL Fashion Jewelries
•Any product that is used, damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
Ingridbridal.com is offering FREE SHIPPING on any online purchase over $300 to the contiguous states.
You can choose from two domestic US shipping options for your Ingridbridal.com order. There are Flat rate shipping, and free shipping. If you are shipping to these areas please contact us before placing your order. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US Territories. International order and orders to International shipping will be determined after the order is packed
1. Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax.
2. Order Processing and Deadline
Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). These times average 1-5 business days and may take longer, depending on immediate item availability.
All orders received before 1pm CST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. (Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.)
3. Shipping Time frames and Confirmation Emails
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email, with a tracking number, when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
-Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Flat Rate Shipping can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States.
-Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail International can average 6-10 business days and USPS Express Mail International can average 3-5 business days for arrival (pending normal customs clearance).
-Orders shipped with any of the UPS Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), will take the selected number of days for arrival.
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders shipped via Flat Rate / free shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose Flat Rate / Free shipping standard delivery.
Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery.
5. Eligibility of Free Shipping
Free shipping offer is limited to UPS or USPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offer not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping, and free shipping doesn’t apply to bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn’t apply to backorder, preorder, heavy or oversize items. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping.
6. Weekend Delivery
If you need your order to be expedited please call us before placing your order. Expedited orders shipped via UPS (overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS (standard) are delivered Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.
7. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from ingridbridal.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.
